Early Half Dollars 1795 50C Two Leaves, O-105, T-25, R.3, Fine 12

Early Half Dollars
1795 50C Two Leaves, O-105, T-25, R.3, Fine 12 PCGS. Tompkins Die State 1/3. The Flowing Hair half dollar was the introductory type of the denomination, and it was struck for just two years before ceding to its Draped Bust successor. Problem-free examples are desirable and always in demand. This steel-gray representative displays lighter cream color on the portrait high points. Careful inspection reveals scattered thin marks, though none merit singular description.
