DC-15cS 25 Cents 2.1.1900 Specimen PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ. A rare Specimen from the 1900 fractional issue featuring the seated Britannia vignette. Seen on this example is the signature of J. C. Saunders, a red "Specimen" overprint, and two POCs. Excellent paper quality, bold inks, and great centering all highlight the very desirable piece.
