A Chinese celadon vase, Kangxi (1662-1722), the compressed globular body rising from an everted stem foot to a flared rim, incised with a dragon among spuming waves and rocks, the reverse with two tigers, the neck with upright petal lappets, covered overall with an unctuous pea-green glaze, 25.5cm high 清康熙 豆青釉龙虎纹尊 Rim chipped with signs of old repair. A small chip to foot rim. Surface scratches.
