A Meissen porcelain teapot with Chinoiserie decor
Decorated with three finely painted figures on either side, the original lid with disc shaped finial and a further continuous Chinoiserie scene. Unmarked. Minor wear to the gilding, small rim chips to the teapot and inner rim of the lid. H 12.5 cm.
The porcelain fired before 1723, decor attributed to the 'hausmaler' Johann Andreas Lauche, c. 1735.

Teekanne mit Chinoiserie
Porzellan, farbiger Aufglasurdekor, Vergoldung. Fast umlaufender Terrainstreifen mit drei sehr fein gemalten Figuren auf jeder Seite. Gold und eisenrot anstaffierte Röhrentülle mit Maskaron. Zugehöriger Haubendeckel mit Scheibenknauf und umlaufender Chinoiserie. Ohne Marke. Wenig Goldberieb, kleine Randchips am Kannen- und inneren Deckelrand. H 12,5 cm.
Das Porzellan Meissen, vor 1723, der Dekor dem Hausmaler Johann Andreas Lauche zugeschrieben, um 1735.
