A William & Mary Olivewood and Oyster-Veneered Kneehole Dressing Table, late 17th century , the moulded and crossbanded top above an oak-lined long frieze drawer flanked by six small drawers all around a central cupboard door, on bracket feet 85cm by 55cm by 76cm Variations in colour. The drawers and end panels are rather dry and faded. With previous handle marks which have been partly filled and polished (see images). Some splitting to the end panels (as photographed). The back boards have been darkened and there is some general strengthening repair work around the bracket feet. The central cupboard door is slightly bowed and the pins on the hinge are loose.
