KISS - Gene Simmons' Psycho Circus Costume Components Gene Simmons' costume components from Kiss' Psycho Circus World Tour. As with every Kiss tour, Simmons required customised costumes tailored to his specifications. He wore his elaborate demon-themed costume, which also included updated and lightened components previously used on the Destroyer Tour, throughout 1998 and 1999. This set consists of the following black and silver-colour components: cast plastic chest and arm armour with leather straps; an elbow armour insert; two leatherette capes, including one unused, with metal studs; black hand socks with silver-colour foam spikes; a brown glove; and two painted plastic boot covers featuring demon eye embellishments and red faux gems. Also included are four additional foam spikes, an additional boot cover half created from two pieces glued together, and five paper pattern cutouts for applying to the armour. They exhibit signs of wear, including scuffing and scratching throughout, adhered elements coming off, the leatherette cape disintegrating, adhesive residue, and repair to one of the boot covers from the tour.
