1879-CC $1 MS64 NGC. This piece represents the normal mintmark reverse. As a date, the 1879-CC is the second scarcest Carson City dollar in Mint State, trailing only the key-date 1889-CC. This frosty Choice example is accessible, although finer pieces may be out of reach for many collectors. The strike is pleasing, and minimal marks are seen.
