Another challenging 10 Francs note from the Belgian Congo, this one the 1943 issue with "Troisieme Emission - 1943" overprint. Even though the design did not change from year to year, the colors did, and the 1943 issue is printed in a somewhat unusual pink and green. A very difficult type in uncirculated grades, this is by far the nicest we have handled, and it is tied for finest in the PMG population report.
