An antique, Chinese painted fan on the one side , fine calligraphy on the other. Republic period. On the painted side, right hand to the seal is written: Dong Cho brother, probably by Zhao Jie. The other side a fine calligraphy hand written on gold speckled paper. Signed. The painting is mounted on a bamboo frame, exquisitely done. One side depicting a sage and Chinese characters, other panel with a running script poem. Size 33x22 cm
