[HALLIWELL GERI]: (1972- ) English singer, a member of the girl group the Spice Girls. Halliwell is also known as Ginger Spice. A ribbed red satin bodice created by Angels and Bermans of London (and bearing their label to the inside) for Geri Halliwell for the British musical comedy film Spice World (1997), the garment featuring red bead detail running vertically to the front and back and embellished with orange and red feathers to the rear. Geri Halliwell, who starred alongside her fellow girl group members in the film Spice World, can be seen wearing an identical costume in the final concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall in the movie.

Angels and Berman were founded in 1840 and are the world’s longest established costume supplier to the film, theatre and television industries and have provided costumes for 37 films that have won the Academy Award for Best Costume Design.
