Anne (1702‑14), Crown, 1705, Plumes reverse, first draped bust left, toothed outer borders both sides, legend reads ANNA DEI GRATIA. Rev, Pre-Union crowned cruciform shields, seven strings to Irish harp, Welsh plumes in angles, central garter star, date either side of top crown, MAG BR. FRA ET. HIB REG surrounding, edge inscription +DECVS. ET. TVTAMEN. ANNO. REGNI. QVINTO (S.3577; Bull.1341 [R2]; ESC.100). Handsome cabinet tone, a fusion of steel grey with shocks of magenta, blended in with some underlying mint bloom around the periphery. Portrait showing clear divisions in the Queens hair, few contact marks. Rev, some annealing flaws otherwise unblemished. Encapsulated and graded by PCGS as Mint State 61.
