*W*P, London 1749, of traditional baluster form, the later embossed decoration depicting scenes of communal merriment and relaxation outside a tavern, the hinged domed lid with budding fruit decoration and a foliate border, the 'S' scroll handle with large heart shaped terminal and moulded thumb piece engraved with crest to centre, all raised on a circular spreading foot (Height: 21cm, weight: 26.9oz)
